The Forest Deluxe rooms have been expanded and renovated, now featuring a larger private terrace with a jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, and dining furniture.

The resort will temporarily close from 1st September to 31st October 2025 for essential upgrades. These improvements will include the renovation of the Garden and Treetop Condo Suites, the completion of the High-Rise Towers refresh, and the transformation of the restaurant to enhance the dining experience.
The resort will reopen on 1st November 2025.
From 15th May to 30th May 2025, the restaurant at Pacuare Lodge will undergo maintenance to enhance its facilities and provide an even better experience for guests. During this period, a special area will be exclusively designated for the temporary operation of the restaurant, ensuring uninterrupted service.

Starting 1st July 2025, Dreams Las Mareas will no longer be operated by Hyatt Inclusive Collection and will be removed from the region’s resort portfolio.
Guests with existing reservations can transfer to another property within the company without penalties and at their current rate, subject to availability at the time of the request. If guests are unable to change their destination and choose to cancel their reservation, it will be processed without penalties.
Additionally, all deposits and payments made for events and weddings will be fully refunded by the hotel.
As for the future of the property after 1st July 2025, no official information has been released yet.
