I wanted to email to say thank you for your fantastic service. Me and Liz booked to come to Costa Rica for our honeymoon and we had a magical time.

The itinerary was amazing and we got to see so much wildlife and so much of your beautiful country. All of the hotels we stayed in were very good and we got a few room upgrades as it was our honeymoon. All of the staff at the hotels were welcoming and helpful.

You have a brilliant fleet of drivers who went above and beyond to show us and teach us more about your beautiful country. They are all very passionate, kind and knowledgeable.

The guides for all the excursions were also exceptional. Their ability to spot wildlife was amazing to watch. They were also very passionate and knowledgeable about the wildlife and the country itself. I would like to single out Ed who was our guide in Tortuguero for a few days. He was always smiling, funny and had lots of information about all of the wildlife seen and the country itself. Me and Liz did not know what to expect as we had not done a holiday like this before but Ed made us feel relaxed straight away.

Thank you to everyone at Travel Excellence for working hard to make sure we had a wonderful time. Our honeymoon was truly special and we have you to thank for that.

We would both strongly recommend you to anyone we know who is considering going to Costa Rica.

A week since returning from paradise, we wanted to express how grateful we are for all your help and assistance for our incredible holiday. We had the most amazing time and that was in no small part thanks to your planning, advice and organisation of the trip, as well as your attentiveness to help us while we were out there.

The hotels you chose were perfect, with particular mention to Nantipa and Aguas Claras which will both live long in the memory. We saw amazing wildlife and had great fun on the tours and the guides were really excellent. There was nothing across the whole holiday we would have changed – we both had an incredible three weeks so thank you again for making it so outstanding.

Costa Rica is a truly special place. Its people, natural wonders and culture make it a destination which is perfect or us. We will not hesitate to recommend it (or your company) to our friends and families.

I am so sorry it has taken me so long to write this email.  I just wanted to thank you for planning our vacation, March 2-9.  My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing time in Costa Rica.  Our drivers and tours were great.  A special thank you for the anniversary fruit platters at both hotels.  It made our day at each hotel.  I will be in touch for our next trip for sure.  Next time we’ll try the Caribbean coast!  We love your country!

We had a great time in Costa Rica, Mauricio from Travelexcellence had made a great plan for three of us, even though we booked the trip in last minute. The arranged accommodations were fantastic, with great hosts and nature surrounding. We enjoyed all the tours and the guides were great. The only regret was the holiday not being long enough.

Apologies for the delay in sharing with you that Oscar (our guide) is fantastic! He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, helpful, thoughtful, and made an extra effort to ensure we were able to enjoy each location and also had a good trip to Manuel Antonio. His return was late after a long day and he made no complaints only remained positive and joyful.

You should be very proud of your service!

Mauricio exceeded all expectations as a tour organizer for my two-week birding trip through Costa Rican rainforests and staying at travel lodges. He demonstrated personalized care and knowledge, providing me with bird guides that made the voyage with a truly unforgettable experience. The itinerary was expertly crafted, balancing active excursions with ample downtime to relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. To begin Mauricio was absolutely fantastic from the very first email exchange, then numerous questions we had, he was amazing seven days a week and about any time of the day!

The most memorable part of my trip… OMG the rain forests, seeing animals in the wild, learning from very knowledgeable guides on every tour made the experience a learning experience as well as incredible fun!
