Caribbean Puerto Viejo
In Bribri, a regional indigenous language, Namuwoki means “the jaguar’s house”. The hotel is located in Playa Chiquita, at the entrance of the Gandoca Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge, surrounded by a unique biodiversity. It is a comfortable and friendly base to explore the area, located between the jungle and the tropical Caribbean beaches.
It offers nine spacious rooms with a cozy colonial style and Caribbean colors. All of them have a terrace with a porch and hammocks, complete bathroom, fridge, hair dryer, ceiling fan and energy 110v and 220v. One of the rooms is adapted for handicapped travelers.
There is a common area for rest and relax where guests can taste a good coffee, take a dip in the swimming pool or just relax in the Jacuzzi or on a hammock. The lodge offers an open air restaurant, a little shop with handcraft and manufactured products exclusive of the region, bikes for rent and private parking lot.
